Nandos Slow Cooker Pulled Chicken is another easy slow cooker recipe that you just need to switch on before you leave home, so you return to a delicious meal.

You can serve this Nando’s pulled chicken with rice (similar to a curry or a stroganoff) or in a soft breaded bun with a side of fries and a salad. It’s your call.

Ingredients

4 chicken breasts

2 tbsp of peri peri seasoning

100ml of peri peri sauce

1 tin of chopped tomatoes

1 chicken stock cube

50g of cream cheese

4 cloves of garlic or diced garlic

How to make Nando’s Slow Cooker Pulled Chicken

Put your chicken breasts into your slow cooker and sprinkle the 2 table spoons of Peri-Peri seasoning

Add the Peri-Peri sauce over the chicken breasts and seasoning

Step 3 - Add a can of chopped tomatoes

Add a can of chopped tomatoes to cover the majority of your chicken and seasoning

Add a crushed (or ground up) chicken stock cube

Step 5 - Add 60g of cream cheese and 4 cloves of diced garlic
