Ingredients
2 medium chicken breasts
1/2 tbsp olive oil or cooking spray
2 tsp BBQ seasoning (or 1 tsp smoked paprika, 1/2 tsp onion powder, 1/2 tsp salt)
Mozzarella cheese, grated or sliced
4 rashers of streaky bacon (2 per breast)
2 tbsp your favourite BBQ sauce

How to make the Air Fryer Stuffed Hunters Chicken
Step 1
Slice open the chicken breasts 3/4 through
Step 2
Brush with olive oil or if you prefer, use a spray
Step 3
Coat well in BBQ seasoning
Step 4
Add grated mozzarella cheese into the centre of the sliced chicken breasts
Step 5
Close the chicken breasts and wrap tightly with the bacon slices
Step 6
Put into the air fryer at 180c for 18 minutes
Step 7
Remove from your air fryer and add BBQ sauce
Step 8
Brush the BBQ sauce into the chicken breasts
Step 9
Put the chicken breasts back into the air fryer for a further 2 – 4 minutes at 180c
